Ok, it's not entirely a fact that ESPN hates Mizzou. Half of the WWL employees are probably Mizzou J-School grads, but the Network has decided to jinx us. Namely, Lee Corso has decided to jinx us. Last year, we lucked out when Corso threw on the Truman head at Camerohead and the Tigers won 36-28. On Saturday's GD season premiere, Corso threw on his Mizzou fandom and chose Chase Daniel for his Heisman, Mizzou to win the B12, and picked the Tigers to play in the National Title against USC, which for about .5 seconds was great. Right when I thought "Holy shit, Corso is on!", he stubbed his toe on Andre Ware's Heisman by tossing out Jeremy "Mac Clain" and Chase "Daniels". SI cover and Lee Corso pick? That pretty much has us covered for jinxing.
If Corso was part of the Mizzourah/Rock M Nation podcast, he would have gotten us all drunk via the Chase Daniel drinking game.

All is not lost. Even IF ESPN hates us...Kellogg's loves us. So much so, they put us on their Pop Tarts. Now that's what I call love.

Corso and an SI Cover? You're pretty well fucked. Don't think so? When locusts invade your campus, remember I told you so.
Ya, the regional SI cover wasn't quite enough to ruin it for you. But throw Corso into the mix and Chase could be looking at a career ending injury, likely when you're up by about 42 on SEMO.
With the SI AND Corso jinx, do we even beat SEMO?
Lets not forget the Tigers feel like they still have not accomplished anything and with the talent that we have, this makes for a dangerous situation for other teams.
I thought wearing Missouri on your chest was the ultimate jinx anyway? Oh wait, I meant Mizzou...
KU was on the regional SI cover before the basketball tourney, so I wouldn't worry about that regional jinx too much, just stick with blaming it on being Missouri.
