Props to Friend of the Family In The Bleachers for spotlighting Phil Steele's CFB Preview all week. With my keen eye, I peeped the new cover for the B12 schools, and voila; Chase Daniel is the coverboy. Now, I haven't heard of a Phil Steele jinx, and hopefully I didn't just start one. I imagine that PS's CFB Preview is at least at an 8th grade reading level, so it's not really a surprise that it's without a Jayhawk on the front.

Phil Steele is the Bible of college football. (Who do you think we plagiarise every week during the fall). Power Sweep is the best weekly reading material there is.
I am a little surprised Lucky is on there over Colt McCoy or who ever Texas is pimping this year.
I'm more of a Street & Smith guy, but PS is better than a lot of others (looking at you Athlon).
