Will Road Woes Continue For Mizzou?

Hitting the hardwood away from Mizzou Arena has proved to be a tough task for this year's team so far, and tomorrow night's game against Texas Tech is the next test.
Here's the breakdown of the season so far:
at home (10-1)
away (0-4)
neutral site (1-2)
---------------------
combined (11-7)

Bobby Knight's Red Raiders are pretty much in the same boat as us right now. Their only home loss was by one point to a very tough Stanford team, led by Brook and Robin Lopez (yes they are guys). And just like us, Texas Tech has lost to pretty much everyone on the road. However, Mizzou's road losses have all been close to quality opponents...I can't say the same for Tech. Sam Houston St handed them their first road loss 54-56...did the General let Quin coach that one? Also, before Oklahoma St and New Mexico both pounded the Red Raiders, Tech fell to Centenary 70-66 in regulation (wow).

Unfortunately, you can throw those losses out the window tomorrow since we're heading to Lubbock, where historically, the women's team has drawn as good of a crowd, if not better than the men's. This one should be a close one, and it's about time we turn a close loss into a close win.

Go Tigers

I think Mizzou will get it done tomorrow.

Me too---gotta break the ice sometime. I'm just glad they got Knight's 900th win out of the way before we got there.

Weeknight game in Lubbuck with no crowd?

Must be a Tractor Pulling contest on local access.
