Three Big 12 coaches down, and possibly one to go. We called that Guy Morriss, Dennis Franchione, and Bill Callahan would all be gone. Rumor has it that Arkansas may have some interest in Texas Tech's Mike Leach. Rumors are neither here nor there, but it looks like the three openings could all be filled within a week. The guys plugging the dikes are some interesting picks.
Mike Sherman (ATM) seemed to have a future as an NFL failure at his next gig. He didn't do a terrible job with the Packers, but taking the Aggie gig is questionable because he would have had an NFL head coaching job in less than two months.
Art Briles (Baylor) took the position in the wasteland known as Waco. The Athletic Director already has Briles' noose tied, and as you read this, he's tossed it over the rail. Coming from University of Houston, I'm sure he received a raise, but the job security he had at Houston may have outweighed the shitty job that Baylor actually is. If he can turn it around, he'll be loved forever by Bearmeat.
And the anomaly known as Nebraska. Living in Omaha, watching this coaching search is like watching grown men spin around on a whiffle ball bat and try to race to the end. Nobody knows what's really going on because a senile 70yr old is heading it up and he has said about as much as Dwayne from Little Miss Sunshine. Here's what's fact; Tom Osborne is the interim head coach, Nebraska fans are pulling an Al Qaeda and watching planes leave Lincoln, and the job is down to Bo Pelini (D-Coordinator LSU) and Turner Gill (Buffalo Head Coach, former NU QB). Both are qualified, but apparently, like Clayton Bigsby, Husker fans hate black people. Sorry Turner. Looks like you fit the bill.
Mike Leach seems like a natural fit for Arkansas. ESPN's Jim Donnan threw his name out as a possible candidate. The scheme of the spread offense fits, and it seems like Techies are thinking of a mutiny on the head pirate. Leach could end up with more money than Tron did after reparations were paid.
While we'll have to wait to see how bad some of these moves will be, you can check out a couple of podcasts that I did with In the Bleachers and a segment on Mizzou from CFB Weekly. Both Brian from ITB and Aaron Rennie from CFB Weekly do a great job, and hopefully, look for Mizzourah to be featured on each again.

I heard that as soon as Karl Dorrell is out at UCLA that Mike Leech is in.
If you need any other inside info, I will be working the Air Traffic Control at Eppley Airfield. It appears as if Tom Osborne is still grounded in Lincoln. I'll keep you posted.
By the looks of your shirt, the TSA must have been hiring a Tittie Inspector. Is that how you got past?
Leach to UCLA? Hadn't heard that one. I heard Brian Kelly from Cincy to Notre Dame possibly. Or at least ND contacted them. Charlie Weiss not so safe?
